Instructions:

In a large saucepan, pre-heat the milk to 180OF.

Stir occasionally so milk doesn’t burn on the bottom and until bubbles begin to form on top. Do not allow to boil.

Remove from heat and allow cooling to about 110oF or until you can dip your finger comfortably for 10 seconds without burning it.

Pour the yogurt into the pot and stir well to combine.

Cover with lid. Wrap it all around with a large thick towel and leave in room temperature for 6-12 hours.

When checked, yogurt should be solidified, but creamy when stirred.

Store in refrigerator in a sterilized dish with lid.

Serve with your favorite fruit, granola or favorite side dish.
